Overview

I adopt the agile method for early stage developments and built the product from scratch. I failed fast and re-built fast through the agile development method. Once the content team thoroughly understood breast cancer, my colleague and I built a product with the waterfall development method to minimize critical errors.

Adopt System Structure design

Selecting the system structure was a delicate task to complete in the first place. There were quite a number of examples that are applicable to web applications without establishing own server. AWS and Google Cloud provided structure examples. I referenced some of example and created our own system structure. With advise from professors at the University of Michigan, the system got detailed and plausible.

Takeaways

I launched a website and mobile-friendly responsive web. In this whole process, I learned how to communicate between backend and frontend and how to co-op with other developers, designers, content team, marketers. Also, I understood how the business logic (or payload) connected to business operations.
