Through Yerbba, I experience the whole lifecycle of business and products. I see a new opportunity that is yet materialized, the thing people may think once and let it go. This opportunity lead me beyond the realm of design and expand to other regions: cloud-based software development and business.
New services, especially something that helps people be happy, always inspire me to work on them. A deeper understanding of people is closely related to bringing happiness to them. Wanted to understand people, I started my career as a UI designer and gradually extended my ability to be a UX designer. Now I go further enough to build services myself. I am confident I know ways to materialize any ideas that possibly lead to people's happiness. I understand how new services and products are developed, aligned those into users' unmet needs, and operated them. I believe my path lets me help people happy.
I am based in Michigan, pioneering new ways, learning from people, and finding new things every day. Something makes people happy.

Work Experience
- Established of user research principles and conducted 15+ user research sessions
- Led extracting design directions iteratively from user data and key findings of user research
- Designed all prototypes, user interactions, graphic/ motion components for a web application
- Developed a cloud web application using Meteor JS, React JS, Mongo DB, and AWS EC2
- Designed the company business identity and color scheme
- Design the company website for users to optimize user flow and minimize complexity
- Designed user interaction components for a glaucoma module
- Directed introductory videos with ophthalmologists to assist 100+ glaucoma patients
- Constructed data schema for data exchange between the hospitals and medical devices
- Designed user interfaces of various digital artifacts for teleradiology cloud platform
- Visualized the service flow map based on user interviews along with radiologists' work protocol
- Produced development specifications for engineers and graphic user interface designers
- Managed user interface quality of the core features for 3 mass-production projects
- Organized 2 user interview sessions for each project to extract user needs
- Redesign language translation management tool for developers to improve translation quality
