Helping glaucoma patients
build the habit that protects their sight.

Context
Glaucoma is a slow, silent condition. Patients are often asymptomatic until significant damage is done — making medication adherence the single most important behavior in managing the disease. eyeGuide was a platform designed to close that gap between prescription and daily habit.
Design Focus
The UI was built around behavior change principles: surfacing the right reminder at the right moment, reducing cognitive friction around tracking, and providing progress feedback that made adherence feel achievable rather than clinical. Visual hierarchy was tuned for low-vision considerations given the patient population.

Storyboards
Early-stage storyboarding mapped key moments in a patient's day where the platform could intervene effectively — morning routine, post-meal, and evening wind-down.
